1. Background

Karekezi Film Production, a creative and dynamic film production company, is seeking qualified and experienced service providers to support an ongoing film project. The company invites interested professionals or teams to submit bids for the delivery of the following specialized services in post-production and promotional materials.

2. Scope of Work

Successful applicants will be responsible for delivering one or more of the following services:

a) Sound Recording Engineer (EDR) – Voice Over

  • Record clean, high-quality voice-over audio in a professional setup.

  • Synchronize recorded audio with specific film scenes.

  • Perform audio mastering and deliver final mixed VO files.

b) Sound Designer (Effects)

  • Create and integrate immersive sound effects that enhance storytelling.

  • Deliver professionally mixed and mastered audio layers.

  • Ensure compatibility with the final film soundtrack.

c) Establishing Shots for Transitions

  • Shoot original cinematic or drone-based establishing shots for use in scene transitions.

  • Coordinate locations with Karekezi Film Production.

  • Footage must be in 4K or HD, color corrected and stabilized.

d) Film Poster Design

  • Design a compelling, creative film poster for digital and print formats.

  • Include title, visual theme, tagline, and credits (to be provided).

  • Deliver in high-resolution PNG, JPEG, and editable design source files.

3. Deliverables Timeline

All tasks and deliverables must be completed and submitted within 20th August 2025 of contract signing.

4. Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must submit:

  • Portfolio of recent relevant work.

  • Proof of experience (at least 2 similar film projects).

  • Valid ID or business registration.

  • Detailed quotation (price per service or full package).
